Move fast, experiment, and take action!

David Clarke wrote in Fast Company:  "The remote world has rewritten the rules and expectations for employees. If leaders don’t move faster, experiment, and take action to better serve and engage with employees, their ability to hire and retain talent will plummet."

In the article he suggests three steps to "get to know" employees/coworkers in this remote era.  They are good ones, but we simply love the above statement.  "Experiment, take action!" 

Playing music--or in fact, learning to play music, together, in just a few short hours can do just that.  Your group--your team, your band will enjoy the experiment, the new way of thinking!
