Homework is not necessary (but it could be fun!)

We do not assign homework.  Some other teambuilding models do, but we don't want to add that obligation or complicate your workload.  

Our teambuilding workshop is an experience.  An experience that will stick with your team for a long time.  As you learn to play music, together, with your co-workers, you share, you empathize, you communicate, you help,  and you trust your coworkers.  In just a few very quick (and FUN!) hours, your team is enhanced.  But you do not have to go home and study and prepare a report or practice a presentation. 

Now, you could go home and practice your newly-rekindled love for music if you so desire.  We can tailor individual lessons to your team members, reinforcing the workshop concepts.  Heck, this home-practice is therapeutic, too, as it's been proven that learning to play a musical instrument reduces stress and increases cognitive function.  Who doesn't want that?  Teambuilding and reduced stress--a great combination!  

But leave your laptop at the office.  We do not assign homework.
